The IR Curing Oven is a cost-effective curing oven produced by l.C.T, mainly used for glue curing and anti-corrosion paint drying. It features a PLC+ touch screen or PC control system, top zones IR heating, PID intelligent precision controller, imported big current solid relay, third-party over-temperature protection, independent cooling area, imported IR heating pipe, uniform heat, and bottom stainless steel reflection.
The transport system uses imported motors, speed adjuster, and smoothly running. The IR system is modular design, convenient for maintenance, and has a zero gas source design, furnace cover with motor lifting, safety rod support, providing significant security.
