The PCB Cleaner unique high-pressure spray cleaning process, coupled with its belt conveyor system, ensures efficient and thorough cleaning. With its large flow and high-pressure spray, it effortlessly performs chemical cleaning, DI water rinsing, and hot air drying, all within a single machine.

The process flow is seamless, starting with the placement of PCBA into the machine. It then proceeds through chemical liquid pre-wash, chemical liquid wash, and chemical isolation stages. Following this, a series of DI water rinses — including pre-rinse, rinse, and final rinse — ensures complete removal of any residual chemicals.

After the rinsing process, an air blow removes excess water, followed by two stages of hot air drying to ensure the PCBA is completely dry. Finally, the cleaned PCBA is automatically sent out, ready for the next stage of production.
