From full-auto smt line installation and debugging to software programming and operation training, I.C.T covered every aspect to ensure a successful trial production. The team emphasized maintaining the SMT machines, particularly the pick and place machine, reflow oven, and SMT AOI. The reflow oven’s temperature profile was meticulously tested using the KIC profiler to meet our high standards before shipment.

Customer Training and Satisfaction

I.C.T’s engineer spent seven days training the customer’s engineering team, significantly enhancing their understanding of the full-auto SMT line. This effort was highly praised by the customer.

Installation of I.C.T-510 Laser Mark Machine

Additionally, I.C.T’s engineer installed and trained personnel on the I.C.T-510 laser mark machine for an Egyptian government project, showcasing our versatile support capabilities.
